Looking for a place to stay in Levin?

Stay with us in our BnB - quiet, private, spacious.

We're located in Levin, New Zealand, just two minutes drive from the state highway.  You may be in Levin on business, or visiting friends and family, or attending an event, catching a flight or the Picton ferry.  You'll find our place ideal as we're off the main road and very easy to find and an ideal stopping off point going south or north. 

Our home has 2 queen rooms, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchenette facilities, and a family room area, with off-street parking. It's quiet, private, and spacious.

Queen +Single bedroom

Our Queen room #1 has modern decor, with a queen bed suitable for an individual or a couple, with fresh linen, side tables and a lamp. There's a TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. There is single bed in the room also, ideal for small children.

Our Queen room #2 has a Queen bed suitable for an individual or a couple, bedside tables with lamps, a small table, and a TV with Netflix.

Bathroom and toilet

We have a large family bathroom with twin basins, a spacious shower, and a spa bath which you can use.  It also has a heated towel rail, and an electric point for shaver/hair dryer.

A private toilet is available for you to use.

Please note: the bathroom and toilet are NOT ensuite, they are just next door down the hallway. 

Outside Facilities

You can enjoy sitting out on our deck under our umbrella if the weather is nice in summer, and wander around our grounds and neighbourhood.

The kitchenette area has a fridge for breakfast supplies, tea and coffee making facilities. We provide a continental breakfast if required, or you are free to bring your own meals. There's a family room area off our main kitchen where you can sit and eat breakfast, have tea/coffee, and read, or use a laptop etc.

House Rules

Check-in is between 2 pm and 9 pm.  Check-out is by 10 am.  Later or earlier by special arrangement.

We do not allow any pets.

We're a non-smoking household.

Curfew is 11 pm.

Our main lounge and kitchen area, office, master bedroom, and garages are our private areas and we ask that you respect these spaces.

Please note: We reserve the right to accept more than one booking if only one room is required by any party.  Please state whether you want to reserve one room or both rooms for your party.  AirBnB rates apply regardless based on the number of people and we may allocate the most appropriate room for your stay.

Tariff and numbers

You can book the Queen room for 1-2 people per night, or the Queen plus Single room.  AirBnB rates will apply unless by arrangement.

The maximum number we can accommodate is 5 persons and excluding babies (even though AirBnB doesn't count babies as 'real persons' in the person count!  Just don't select 'babies' when booking, let us know in the comments that you have a baby with you and you'll need to provide all their necessary gear.)  

A maximum stay of ten days is preferred, unless by prior arrangement.
